건물의 대형화 및 초고층화로 인하여 효율적인 구조방식으로 강-철근콘크리트 합성구조(SRC 구조)의 적용이 확대되고 있다 SRC 기풍의 휩강도 효율을 높이고 강재가 콘크리트 행보강에 기여하도록 하기 위해서는 강재를 최대한 단면 코너에 배치하는 것이 효과적이다,김형근 등은 단연성능을 향상시키고 거푸집 공사와 배근공사를 생략할 수 있도록, 앵글을 단연의 4개 코너에 배치하고 y형 강판으로 앵글 사이를 용접하여 기풍을 구속하는 yLRC 합성기풍을 제안하였다 압축실험 결과 앵글과 y형 강판에 의한 콘크리트 구속효과로 최대하중 변형률이 증가하였으나 최대강도 이후 앵글의 좌굴에 의한 급격한 강도감소를 보였으며, 김보랍등에 의하면 강재가 외부에 노출되어 내화띠복이 추가되어야하는한계가있었다. Campione와 Montuori 등은 철근콘크리트 기퉁을 앵글로 보강하여 중심축 및 편심 압축 가력을 수행하였다 기존 철근콘크리트 기둥을 보강하기 위하여 기퉁 외부 네 코너에 앵글을 설치한 후 강판을 용접하여 앵글을 일체화 시켰다 그 결과 기퉁 코너에 배치된 앵글에 의한 추가적인 구속 효과로 인하여 기풍의 강도 및 연성능력이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다 그러나 앵글이 기퉁 외부에 설치되므로 내화피복이 추가로 필요하고, 앵글 좌굴을 방지하기 위해 앵글에 띠강판을 츰총하게 용접을 해야 한다 이러한 한계를 극복하고 앵글을 주요 구조부재로 사용하기 위하여, 본 연구에서는 앵글을 콘크리트 기둥 내부에 배치하는 새로운 합성기풍을개발하였다

증,저층 구조물에 적용하기 위하여 개발된 병목형 TSC 보는 기존 TSC 보보다 플레이트 두께가 얇고 보춤이 작으며 상부를 병목형으로 제작하고 전단연결재로 스터드대신 볼트를 사용한다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 TSC 보를 기본으로 판두께가 얇은 박판의 적용 가능성을 검토하였으며, 실험 변수는 상부 볼트의 간격과, 슬래브 배근, 하부 인장부의 철근 보강효과 등으로 9개의 실험체를 제작하여 휨 특성에 대해 평가하였다. 실험결과 모든 실험체들이 안정적인 거동을 보였다.

 

In order to use in the middle or small size buildings, the small Bottle Neck TSC beam is developed and it is to reduce the thickness and the depth of skin. Specimen’s parameters are bolt’s pitch, arrangement of deformed bars in the slab and quantity of tensile deformed bar. The purpose of this study is to evluate bending behavior of small Bottle Neck TSC beam. All specimen’s load-displacement curves are stable and composite actions of slabs and steel beam estimate bond strength of bolts, deformed bars and steel beam in slab.

Stud bolts were used as shear connectors at the composite beam to resist the horizontal shear forces occurred between concrete slab and U type steel beam. In this study, interface delamination test was conducted to know relationship between bond strength which is affected by crack of concrete and flexural strength of TSC composite beam. Form oil and sand were used for four specimens to generate interface and compared with two standard specimens.

For this test, 6 of full scale specimens were produced and have three of following  variables; existence of hollow core, thickness of slab and topping concrete. At the result of this experiments, it was higher than solid deck that flexural performance of Void Deck Plate with steel plate of omega type. So, it’s effective to use Void Deck Plate with steel plate of omega type

    In this study, section detail of a prefabricated composite column applying hing-strength angle was developed. 2/3 scale eight specimens of the composite beam were tested under two-point loading to evaluate the flexural performance
    of the sections and the bond performance of the angle. The test parameters were the steel arrangement, the steel ratio, and the space of rectangular hoops. The sizes of the composite beams were 400mm×400mm and 500mm×500mm, and a
    beam length was 4500mm. For self-supporting during construction, special details using welded ties to angle were used to make up the column cage. The test results showed that the composite beam applying angle exhibited better flexural
    strength than those of H-type steel. Under 200mm spacing of hoops, bond-slip of the angle was prevented before flexural capacity.

    In the domestic construction industry field nowadays, the usage of deck plates is currently increasing due to the lack of construction workers and the rised in construction cost. However, using deck plates manufactured by thin zinc galvanization in underground structures is criticised because it can lead to increase in maintenance cost caused by rust generation and water leakage. As a solution for this particular problem, deck plates created by Lath and Mortar instead of zinc galvanized steel sheets were developed. This paper deals with the experimental study on flexural behavior of deck plate using metal lath and mortar. Seventeen fullscale specimens were constructed and tested with different type of truss, the diameter of the top and bottom bar, and the thickness of slab. Tests results show that LAMO deck displayed equal performance such as zinc galvanized steel sheets.

    The purpose of this study is to evaluate flexural performance and stiffness through the comparison of solid deck plate and void deck plate. In this experiments, the main variable of specimens is thickness of slab; 150mm, 200mm. There are a series of 150mm thickness and three series of 200mm. Each series consists of 3 specimens. It’s produced for comparison according to existence and material of openings. Additionally 200mm thickness specimens are produced for another variable; steel fiber, shear span-depth ratio. As a result of these experiments, it was better than equal or solid deck plate that flexural performance of void deck plate. Therefore, there is no loss of flexural strength due to the introduction of hollow slab.
